CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may lose their deposit. Clients who miss appointments without notice may be required to pay the full service amount before booking future appointments. Packages are non-refundable but may be transferred or used within 6 months of purchase.
